I am somehow not surprised that the majority of people on the barge seem to have terrible parents. The sheer amount of dysfunction is staggering.

Although I would like to recommend that all parents examine our filter system. I have a feeling that your offspring would appreciate it. I also have my own filters back, with some supervision. [Crane doesn't even sound bothered. He's too pleased with having even some filters back.]

Not sure if that's a compliment or not, and that's neither here nor there. I'm curious, based off previous entries of hers, what your relationship with my daughter is. Seems sorta back and forth. One minute you're saving her life and the next you're showing a public execution of a friend of hers. [perks a brow.]

I didn't know he was her friend, in my defense. [But he had guessed.] But yes, as you've noted, it's rather complicated.

Has she tried to fix you, too?

I suspect that she's starting an attempt. Is this a regular thing for her?
