[It's pretty clear by the large amount of people in the background that Crane's currently sitting in the infirmary.]

Apparently, zombies exist and are fairly hungry. [Crane sounds absolutely terrible. As in worst sore throat ever. Important things got eaten by the zombies, bb.] Also, we seem to actually be on a magical barge.

[Pause]

Cue the candid camera moment. Your experiment is successful. I actually have gone so far over the other edge of things that I think this place might actually exist.

[Five seconds of slow clapping. Clap, clap, clap.]

My main question is why would the Admiral do this to us? What does he gain? Why is this happening? Why are we here? What are you wardens getting from this? Why not just leave us to rot after being dead?

[After putting that large amount of effort into that little rant, Crane bursts into a fit of some pretty serious coughing. After he finishes, he turns back to the camera, even raspier then before.]

Why do all of you people put up with this?

I wouldn't have any qualms with Batman showing up here. He's a pleasant individual when he's not successfully bleeding me.

I've never known the Batman being anything close to pleasant. He used my own fear gas on me when I was unarmed.

He's intelligent -- not as intelligent as me, but intelligent. The stimulating conversations he provides is as close to pleasant as he gets.

That doesn't sound like my Batman. Mine has two modes: hitting things and hitting things harder. It doesn't have a great deal of intellectual differenciation.

There must be some intelligence involved. He wouldn't be successful in his endeavors, otherwise.

He certainly is quite sucessful. I do wonder how much additional help he must have. He could hardly pay for the suit by himself.

That depends on how much money he has access to.

Just out of curiosity, what materials is his suit made out of?

I have no idea. It looks almost military grade though. Suffice to say, he's not wearing hockey pads.

Well, thats an improvement. He often used to wear his underpants on the outside.

Now, that's just sad. Did people really take him seriously?

They were obligated to as he often brought criminals to the police station.

And yet. The mind boggles at the thought.
