Given that the prototype for the tranquilizer is going so well, it's probably time that we tried it out. We'll need a delivery system and something or someone to test it on. Voluntarily, of course. I also think the CES might also offer a controlled, yet variable environment to do testing in.

I'm attempting to measure resources. I once had to fix up a deep bite in someone's shoulder with a shirt and masking tape. As you can imagine, having first aid kits around the barge would prevent that scenario. I just need to see who is actually capable of using one effectively.

I would make sure that they were harmless. Furthermore, I'd hope that people who were competent enough to use a first aid kit would be smart enough to keep it stocked.

I mean, gimme a long enough ace bandage or strip of gauze, and I can tie someone up pretty secure.
