I don't even need to ask what that was. Changing the 'barge' drugs in the air to some kind of 'cruise' drugs? Amnesia as a side effect isn't even surprising.

To the people I was socialising with on the roof, I assure you, we weren't partaking in anything fatal. Just some recreational materials that I happened to have. No harm done.

To everyone else who I encountered, I am not an accountant. I am a certified psychiatrist, and no, I don't have any 'side businesses.'

OOC: Crane would rather admit to dealing drugs then stealing stuff from the garden and risking exposing the fact he's trying to make a chemical concoction. I may also be slow in responses because I'm pretty sick, but I thought I should get the post up instead of backdating it later. :3

It's the only rational explanation. I've been trying not to mention it, because people here seem so used to it that they tend to have hostile reactions if one brings it up.

Mm. I don't think there are any drugs in the air.

...

I think they're in the food. See what happens if you skip the meals for a few days.

Parania fuel! :D

No, no, it's probably not the food. It's not consistent enough. It's either the air or the water.

YAY

All kidding aside, have you ever done something as simple as run a drug screening? Or do you believe you would hallucinate the results, too?

I don't have the equipment to do a drug screening, as much as I'd like to. At least then I could identify the drugs and work on some type of resistance formula. Hallucinating the results would be very unlikely.

Ask the infirmary.

I doubt they'll just let me wander in and use their equipment.

That's where the 'ask' part comes in.

You seriously think they'll just let inmates use their equipment?

It's not like you can take over the Barge with a drug test.

That is true. Still, it's amazing how trusting they can be. Inmates on the kitchen staff, for god's sake. No wonder people end up getting so severly wounded.

There are inmates in the infirmary, too. I don't see it as a problem.

I see it as a wider sociological problem on the barge. Still, it could be helpful.
