[Pause, before continuing on.] And you know what else? I'm done. I'm finished with this wider barge program. I officially do not care about what any other warden does except my own. Almost none of you deserve to be a warden. You victimize your inmates, you victimize other inmates. You victimize each other. Whatever the Admiral is offering you? You don't deserve it. You negated your right to receive it as soon as you stopped doing your job. I may be "crazy", as so many of you like to tell me to my face, but at least I know exactly what I am and what I've done. All of you might like to have a good long look in the mirror and then a good long look at your inmate. Because for most of you? There isn't much of a difference.

I'm not going to highlight who this doesn't apply to. You know who you are.

I've seen plenty of Wardens held accountable for things. What we've got works well enough, and anyway no one's come up with anything better. If you've got an idea, put it out there. Otherwise? Stop whining.

It does not work. The majority of wardens aren't held accountable. The majority of wardens tell me to stop "whining" about the times that I've been attacked by wardens.
